Poems

A Friday Morning with my friend

Anxiety knocks,
too loud, too fast, never gone.
She is still my home.

Summer Tips to Self

Sun warms the body,
every “yes” belongs to you,
freedom is your fire.

The River That Remembers

Quiet river flows,
I meet myself once again,
radiant and whole.

To My Higher Self

No past to repair,
patience opens every door,
I become, not move.

El Milagro

Silence calls me home,
not lost but always arriving,
stillness is my path.

Alone. Alive

Lonely yet alive,
I long for hands, not echoes,
to thrive, not survive.

Bleeding Ink

I bleed into words,
paper holds what skin cannot,
writing keeps me here.

Barajas Airport

No bed, only sky,
each wrong road is discovery,
I belong at last.

Hope’s Eternal Home

Hope never leaves me,
its roots grow inside my chest,
I rise, unstoppable.

Open Heart, again

Forgiveness opens,
I walk toward brighter days,
love is home again.

The Dance of My Soul

Spirals in the night,
joy and sorrow intertwining,
my soul still dances.

Silo’s pen

Pain sealed in silence,
explodes into fragile art,
is this curse or gift?

Growth flames

Flames of anguish burn,
yet from ashes I emerge,
bold, alive, transformed.

Healing dark side

Alone, I walk on,
into tunnels without light,
trusting there is dawn.
